Jim is responsible for the overall management and administration of The Bridges Resort. He enjoys spending time with his son Kadence, daughter Cecelia, and wife Susie in the outdoors. Jim is an avid cyclist, hunter, and telemark skier.
Chris’s primary function is to oversee the financial soundness of the Association and implement effective, fair and consistent staff policies. Chris enjoys cooking, golfing, traveling, the four seasons and the green mountains.
Bob is responsible for facilities and maintenance at The Bridges. He manages the maintenance staff and is available on call for emergencies concerning maintenance issues. Bob is also in charge of grounds keeping. While not at the resort, he enjoys coaching little league baseball and youth hockey, camping and hiking with his family and relaxing on his porch and playing some cards. As Tennis Director at The Bridges Josh manages all tennis programs and staff. A graduate of University of Vermont, he was #1 in singles for three years and American East All Conference for 2 years. Josh started working at The Bridges in the summer of 2000 and served as Assistant Coach at UVM in 2001 & 2002. Josh is an avid snowboarder and loves music. Julie is responsible for long term rentals, memberships, marketing and many things in between. She first started at The Bridges as The Garden Girl on the maintenance staff, accepting a position at the front desk in 2010. Megan has worked in communications and marketing for Green Mountain Club, American Flatbread and Grow Compost of Vermont. A native Vermonter, she is an avid telemark skier, hiker and gardener. Tracey watches over the front desk, including reservations, tennis & wellness center scheduling and much more. Having been at The Bridges for over ten years total, she is well known by owners, members and repeat guests for her incredible sense of humor and knowledge of her position. A Vermont native, Nicole graduated from Castleton State College with a degree in Business Management. She worked as a staff accountant at Waitsfield & Champlain Valley Telecom for 7 years, while handling all the accounts and bookkeeping for her husband’s plumbing business. Nicole joined The Bridges team in the spring of 2012. She and her husband Brad have two teenagers, Alexis and Thomas, and two beautiful German shephards.
